This chart represents the calculation of a Value Scores for a Social Security Administration initiative, “Check your Benefits” which used VMM to analyze IT investment options. In the chart the value measures have been prioritized with in the 5 Value Factors which have also been prioritized. The individual value measures have been scored based on what is thought to be a likely outcome of the individual measures. These scores are then applied to the weight of the measure and associated value factor to arrive at a value score.
