This Chart is a visual representation of the VMM Decision Framework. The Decision framework revolves around 3 key elements of Value, Risk, and Cost. In the early steps of the VMM process, a value structure is developed then a risk structure as well as a cost structure. Once these pieces are developed, the user has a “Decision framework” to use in evaluating IT investment alternatives. This chart represents that concept.
