Barriers to Expanded e-Gov

• One barrier is lack of interagency funding

  • No one agency is willing to fund projects that cross agency lines
  • Cross-functional projects currently funded by passing the hat
  • Administration and Congress proposing funds, differing amounts
  • If approved, will help expand e-Gov
